The cotton-polyester blend offers slight stretch, allowing the wrap to fit comfortably around your hands without restricting circulation when you make a fist. A fabric thumb loop makes self-wrapping easier, while the hook-and-loop fastening helps keep everything securely in place throughout training. Adults generally require 4.5-metre wraps for full coverage of wrists, hands, and fingers, while shorter 2.5 metre wraps fit smaller junior hands comfortably.
