How do you remove gel nail varnish?

You can use various home products to remove gel nail varnish. Acetone is a quick and effective solution. Simply place some acetone-soaked cotton balls on your nails and wrap them in foil for a few minutes. If you’re after an acetone-free option, add dish soap and salt to warm water and soak your nails. This will help loosen the gel, making it easier to come off. If you’ve any stubborn patches left, file your nails to remove them. Once you’re done, nourish your nails with a good mosituriser to keep them healthy.

How long does nail polish take to dry?

Nail polish can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour to dry, depending on several factors such as weather conditions, number of coats applied and the type of polish used.

How can you get nail polish out of clothes?

If the nail polish has dried, try and pick it off gently—this trick should work wonderfully for clear nail polish. For coloured nail polish sets that might leave a stain, place a cotton pad soaked in acetone on the back side of your cloth. Then, place the stained area face down on a clean paper towel to remove the polish carefully. Rinse the fabric with cold water and wash as usual. You may wish to test a small area of fabric first to check whether the acetone will damage it.
