Bath time starts with the baby bath. Although you can get a perfectly good plastic tub with no bells and whistles, these days baby baths can do a whole lot more than hold water. Some come with built in scales so you can weigh your baby, thermometers so you know the water is just right for delicate skin, and some even fold down so they can be stored in a cupboard or under a bed with ease. Baby bath seats are ideal for making bath time simpler. Giving your baby a secure and supportive seat so that you have both your hands free to play and bathe them and you can slot them into a normal bath as well as into a baby bath. Make sure you’ve got some bath toys for babies to keep them entertained and distracted while you clean them up and suddenly bath time is a pleasure for you and your baby. There are other bath accessories like caddies that keep toys, sponges and flannels in one place while you’re washing them and after the bath is finished.
Once they’re out of the tub a quick transfer to a well-stocked baby changing unit means you can get on with drying them off and getting them dressed. A changing unit features a flat surface at waist height for a baby change mat (which makes changing much easier than kneeling down on the floor), and also has a variety of cupboards, shelves, and other storage units to keep nappies, wipes, clothes, and other accessories in easy reach. Some even have enough space to stash a nappy bin inside them so you don’t have to traipse back and forth with dirty nappies. We also have a great range of babies changing bags with changing mats included for when you are out and about.
