Nice upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded our old non smart tv from 40 to 55 inch, massive difference in picture quality and sound, not as good as an OLED but for the price it does exactly what we wanted.Very good picture, not quite got used to the AI 2025 interface yet, this tv does so many things.

Good picture, awful remote control with an annoying laser light style guide that is tricky to use. Picture is good but in hindsight other tvs in Curry’s had clearer picture

Excellent picture quality, but slow UI.
Switching HDMI sources is painfully slow. There’s no need to load this massive hub just to switch from HDMI1 to HDMI2. Another issue is the audio. We use a soundbar via optical cable, and the volume changes dramatically when switching between streaming services and HDMI inputs. This never happened with our previous non-LG TV. On a positive, the picture quality is excellent.

Hello There.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for LG 50 Inch 50NANO90A6B Smart 4K UHD HDR NanoCell TV.
This model uses a VA panel, not IPS. VA panels offer deeper contrast but narrower viewing angles compared to IPS.
Additionally, the TV features Edge LED backlighting with local dimming, not Direct-lit.
