The Birlea Rio Single Bed Frame with Mattress gives you a solid, practical sleeping space with everything included to get started. Built from solid pine with a waxed finish that shows off the natural grain, it creates a warm centrepiece in smaller bedrooms. The frame supports a solid slatted base that keeps things firm underfoot and lets air flow beneath the mattress. Paired with the SleepSoul Nebula foam mattress, it provides comfortable support through the night. The natural wood finish fits in with a wide range of bedroom styles.
The sprung wooden slats distribute weight evenly and help the mattress breathe. There's 26cm of space underneath, so you can hoover or store flat items without hassle. The raised siderails keep the mattress securely in place. Self-assembly required, two people recommended for easier handling. All fixings included with clear instructions. I bought a double of this bed and was so happy with it I bought a single. Easy to put together. Mattress incredibly good quality. Good value for money. Looks good too.

Very well built. Looks really good, wood was perfect no marks on it. Mattress is hard, which is what I wanted, Took my time and put it together on my own. Instruction were clear and easy to follow. Very pleased

Looks good but…
The bed looks good. The mattress is however very firm, but like sleeping on a solid surface. I thought it might soften over time (had it approximately 5 months) but it hasn’t. I bought mattress toppers and they helped a bit. It would have been better to have bought the frame and chosen a mattress separately.

Not great
I like the look of the bed, but it is not great quality. Easy to put together, but it creaks. I tried tightening the screws a few weeks later, and made a big dent in the wood doing so. So it'll always creak! The hardest mattress ever! Almost like the floor! I received the first frame. Lots of dents & scratches, eventually had it collected & replaced! A couple of dents in the replacement, but not visible. Poor

Comfiest sleep in a long time
I bought this bed and mattress and have found it to be tso comfortable and copl in the hot weather, was in dire nebed and mattress and this combo has ticked all the boxes

The bed itself is great and thd matress it comes with is great quality. Building and instructions were not so good. I found them unclear and they do not provide the tools needed yo build the bed, so make sure you have these items to hand. I am satisfied with the bed and with the quality
