About this product
The Birlea Rio Double Bed Frame with Mattress gives you a complete bedroom setup that puts restful sleep and solid quality together. The frame is built from solid pine with a white washed finish that blends with most bedroom styles. It comes with the SleepSoul Nebula foam mattress, so you get firm support and comfortable cushioning in one parcel. The solid slatted base keeps the mattress supported and lets air circulate underneath to prevent moisture build-up. It's a practical centrepiece that seats two people comfortably for sleeping.
The wooden slats are spaced to provide firmer support while the foam mattress absorbs movement through the night. There's 26cm space beneath the frame, so you can hoover or store low-profile boxes underneath. The siderails sit at a comfortable height for getting in and out of bed. It supports up to 220kg total user weight across the frame. Self-assembly required with two people recommended, all fixings provided. Manufacturer's one year guarantee included.

I bought a double of this bed and was so happy with it I bought a single. Easy to put together. Mattress incredibly good quality. Good value for money. Looks good too.

Very well built. Looks really good, wood was perfect no marks on it. Mattress is hard, which is what I wanted, Took my time and put it together on my own. Instruction were clear and easy to follow. Very pleased

Looks good but…
The bed looks good. The mattress is however very firm, but like sleeping on a solid surface. I thought it might soften over time (had it approximately 5 months) but it hasn’t. I bought mattress toppers and they helped a bit. It would have been better to have bought the frame and chosen a mattress separately.

Not great
I like the look of the bed, but it is not great quality. Easy to put together, but it creaks. I tried tightening the screws a few weeks later, and made a big dent in the wood doing so. So it'll always creak! The hardest mattress ever! Almost like the floor! I received the first frame. Lots of dents & scratches, eventually had it collected & replaced! A couple of dents in the replacement, but not visible. Poor

Comfiest sleep in a long time
I bought this bed and mattress and have found it to be tso comfortable and copl in the hot weather, was in dire nebed and mattress and this combo has ticked all the boxes

The bed itself is great and thd matress it comes with is great quality. Building and instructions were not so good. I found them unclear and they do not provide the tools needed yo build the bed, so make sure you have these items to hand. I am satisfied with the bed and with the quality
