About this product
The LLB Seren Velvet Ottoman Bedframe gives you a comfortable place to sleep and stores bedding, spare pillows, or out-of-season clothes underneath, so you make the most of your bedroom space. It's upholstered in soft brushed velvet with deep padding on the headboard and footboard for a comfortable backrest when you're sitting up reading or watching telly. The end-lift ottoman opens easily, supporting mattresses up to 60kg without effort. You can choose from nine velvet colours to match your room. Solid turned hardwood feet keep it stable and lift the frame slightly off the floor.
The hand-upholstered design features button detailing on the headboard and footboard, giving it a tailored finish. A fabric dust protection sheet inside the storage area keeps your belongings fresh and clean. The base uses sprung wooden slats that provide support and allow airflow to the mattress. Self-assembly is straightforward with two people recommended, and all fixings are included. Made in the UK and comes with a manufacturer's one-year guarantee for peace of mind.

Bed great .. delievery a great disappointment.
Bed lovely... But delivery a terrible ordeal had to literally beg the courier to put boxes just inside the door. Very very heavy. Courier said not allowed to step over the door step against his employers rules. There was no way I could have moved 3, large boxes. But courier carried on to say if I paid him he would carry it upstairs although against his employer health and safety rules. I did not pay him I've yet to review courier on trust pilot so very dissatisfied with the service

Very good quality bed.
This is a lovely and well made ottoman bed. We have the Seren bed in ochre velvet. Be aware that it takes a lot of mental and physical effort to put together! The YouTube guide is vaguely helpful but too speedy for detail and of course, makes it look easy. The instruction manual really could be better. We're in our 60s and have done loads of self-assembly over the years but this one took us 2 days I would say, in total. Didn't help that we were sent the wrong bedframe but Aspire customer service acted really fast and we had the replacement within five days. Thank you Luke. It's like everything - once you put the bed together it all makes sense but initially all those pieces and masses of nuts and bolts is scary. Nevertheless we are very happy with the bed!
