Bed great .. delievery a great disappointment.
Bed lovely... But delivery a terrible ordeal had to literally beg the courier to put boxes just inside the door. Very very heavy. Courier said not allowed to step over the door step against his employers rules. There was no way I could have moved 3, large boxes. But courier carried on to say if I paid him he would carry it upstairs although against his employer health and safety rules. I did not pay him I've yet to review courier on trust pilot so very dissatisfied with the service

Bed is great but when unpacking there was no screws bolts or fittings so had to go buy some even though argos did reimburse us The delivery of bed was absolutely shocking Was even left to bring it up to property on my own. They use a 3rd party for bed. Bed was easy enough putting together.

Very good quality bed.
This is a lovely and well made ottoman bed. We have the Seren bed in ochre velvet. Be aware that it takes a lot of mental and physical effort to put together! The YouTube guide is vaguely helpful but too speedy for detail and of course, makes it look easy. The instruction manual really could be better. We're in our 60s and have done loads of self-assembly over the years but this one took us 2 days I would say, in total. Didn't help that we were sent the wrong bedframe but Aspire customer service acted really fast and we had the replacement within five days. Thank you Luke. It's like everything - once you put the bed together it all makes sense but initially all those pieces and masses of nuts and bolts is scary. Nevertheless we are very happy with the bed!
