These are my go to school shoes, good value for money and are sturdy. Unfortunately i do have to replace at least half a year but I think that’s more to do with how my son drags the shoes along on the school trikes!
I bought these for my son who is in year two. He wore them for the first time 22/02/2023. Day one the "protective" rubber strip had been scuffed completely away on one shoe. By 24/02/2023 both toes were badly scuffed and one was showing a white fabric where the toe was so badly damaged. By 03/03/2023 they look like they have suffered a very difficult school year! The faux leather has peeled on the velcro straps and they have gone a funny green colour! These are supposed to be leather shoes! Why they are peeling is beyond me! My son is an average active six year old these look like I've taken a grater to them! If your child sits and reads at playtimes then perfect but I don't feel these are fit to be school shoes. The design is lovely, they are apparently super comfortable and the inner is very cushioned but the uppers are so poor. I will ask for a refund as soon as I can get some alternative shoes for him to wear. Such a shame, I was delighted with them initially.
I brought these for my grandson they fitted well and he said they were comfy. Good price, will wait and see if they withstand the everyday rigors of school life!

You get what you pay for! Can’t complain for the price and they look good however they are a bit tough and they rub on the lower ankles so after one wear he will not wear them again.
