Disappointed
I have just had a new wool 4ply loop pile carpet fitted to all the downstairs, stairs and landing. A suction only vacuum cleaner without a beater bar was recommended for this type of carpet hence my purchasing a Hetty. I’m a bit disappointed as I find it rather hard going. You can’t use it like a normal hoover going backwards and forwards even with the lower suction so I just have to keep pulling it towards me. Also the wand comes apart every now and again which is rather annoying. The attachment for the stairs is brilliant though and it is so easy to pull out the cable and wind it back in.
