There was nothing wrong with our old Hetty. My daughter borrowed it and was so pleased and impressed that I decided to give it to her and have a new one ourselves rather than the other way around. New Hetty is even better as she takes up less space.

I got this on offer and it is really good am sure it will last a long time always used a Henry when I was a cleaner and they very rarely broke. I would hoover hotel stairs and sometimes the Henry would fall down around 15 stairs and stil ok brilliant . My hetty has been great so far the suction is amazing. The capacity is very good I would recommend
