I bought this laptop and I am extremely happy with it. The colour is also really good. There are so many great features on the laptop and I am really pleased with it. And the battery life lasts really long. Also the pictures on this are really good quality

Fraud and Scam by Argos
I bought this laptop which was advertised as HP Pavillion laptop. But the package given me was basic HP laptop. It was at the point of registering the warranty with HP that HP confirmed to me that it's a basic laptop I was sold instead of the high tech pavilion I paid for. Argos refused to replace the laptop. It is still on argos website and still deceitfully as HP Pavilion. All calls to Argos proved abortive. They agreed it is not pavilion but still refused to change it. It is a scam and fraud. They gave me a fake email to channel my complaint to but the email was non-existent.

had to change lap top because my old one would not accept widows eleven, i have found getting used to eleven a little strange to say the least, the transition was not as smooth as i would have liked but the lap top itself is fine and not to blame for my difficulties.
