Good computer but challenging issues with Windows.
This was bought to replace a similar HP laptop which has given good service for about 7 years. The computer itself is great and a significant step up in specification from its predecessor. However, the latest version of Windows has had hidden changes to settings and defaults which prevented it working with my Network Attached Storage. Thankfully, Western Digital were able to provide information to overcome the issues caused by Microsoft. Be prepared to have to delve into hidden areas of Windows to correct any issues. I cannot comment on battery life after only a few weeks.
