Did not work
The laptop did not work, charger was 45W instead of the usual 65W, what a waste of time this purchase was... I'll never buy an HP laptop again.

Great Laptop
This is my second HP Laptop and it didn't disappoint. it is fast enough for what I need which is not gaming!!! but I wanted something that would stand the rigors of time following all the various updates and changes to software that can over time slow it down. It is early days but it has all of the features you need and it is doing exactly what I need it to do. It is lighter than my old one which good graphics and the sound features are brilliant. The only slight negative is the battery life. It is not as good as my previous one however i knew this prior to purchase and may account for the weight difference.

Good Laptop, good price.
I bought this laptop to replace an old HP one which still worked but was ageing and I have been happy with both of them. I am 77 and as there were no instructions I found it hard going to get started, especially as it has windows 11. I suppose there are instructions inside it somewhere but I don't know where. I have managed to cope using my knowledge of the old one so I'm sure I will be OK.
