By default it has Windows 11 in S mode installed. Without details of what the customer is trying to run, I can’t be sure, but the customer may have to switch out of S mode which is easy to do during setup.''

Yes, this laptop includes Microsoft Defender Antivirus, which is built into all versions of Windows 11, including S Mode. S Mode also improves security by only allowing apps from the Microsoft Store. This greatly reduces the risk of installing unsafe software.
It also has a traditional keyboard and is not a touchscreen model.
