Microsoft 365 not working
The computer is really good for basic things, like shopping and keeping up with the news. I am not technically minded and have really struggled with the "free Micro soft 365" I am not able to do anything and it keeps saying that my account is no longer active . There is n one to talk to and I do not have the skills to asked the right questions, so I am not using the computer very much.

A lovely designed lightweight laptop with a good battery life. Good value bundle. I was grateful that the store assistant reminded me that my original option for a Chromebook does not work in the same way as a laptop.
