Our supplier has advised that the HP 14-dq6001na 14 Inch Intel N150 4GB 128GB Laptop - Blue only has 1 RAM slot so you would need to remove the 4GB RAM and can replace it with up to 16GB.

"It’s commonplace for just the burst speed to be listed because modern CPUs are designed to operate at the highest possible frequency whenever the workload demands it (provided it is within safe thermal and power limits).
There’s no ‘Standard speed’. What was traditionally published was a ‘base speed’ but this isn’t a standard speed but rather the guaranteed minimum the processor operates at when in an idle state or when heat becomes a limiting factor.
There’s no information on the base speed for this processor on the Intel website."
