Good quality sound
Its a great mini speaker that works flexibly through the app. Mainly use it for radio. Sound quality is realky good for a small speaker and useful to have voice activation. Only downside is this is a replacement for previous echo dot which stopped working suddenly after 5 years. Hope this lasts longer

Yes, you can connect an Amazon Echo Dot 5th Gen to your stereo, but primarily via Bluetooth. The Echo Dot 5 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack for a wired connection, so you must pair it wirelessly to your stereo receiver or speakers Bluetooth input. This is what I did.
