Life is so much easier with the Amazon Echo Dot, No more setting up push button preferences in order to set up radio stations, just tell the dot which station you want to listen to, or ask for the local weather forecast or traffic conditions. But replacing the radio is just part of the story, as the world of music is at your disposal. Paying a subscription gets more control and choices, but it isn't essential unless you want something very specific such as a particular song by a named artist. There's lots more with great sound quality. The device is mains operated, but the review insists you allocate stars for battery life!

Great little thing.
I bought this as a second one for downstairs. It was easy to set up and I like that it just plays the radio stations I ask for instead of messing about tuning the radio into different ones all the time. That's mainly what I use it for. The sound quality is excellent and it's small unobtrusive.
