missing parts
When the bed arrived we noticed that 4 casters, a clip to join the bed and a head board bolt was missing. We contacted customer services and their answer was to send another bed, we take out the missing parts then return the bed. We phoned again and the operator said they would cancel the bed and just send the parts. When they arrived the headboard bolt was still missing. Phoned again and was told that the headboard bolt wasnt on their list of parts so they couldnt send one and suggested phoning the bed supplier. We gave up and went out and bought one.
