Bought as a spare bed it seems sturdy and comfortable although I haven’t slept in it. The sliding doors are very convenient for storage in a small room but they are rather stiff to open. We found it difficult to find the holes for the headboard and would suggest that they be made visible Overall quite good value for money.

Great Bed for the Money
It's getting increasingly difficult to find single divan beds with 'side slide' storage, even though they're ideal for small bedrooms with restricted space for opening conventional under-bed drawers. We needed to replace a single divan which had done sterling service for over 25 years, but finally gave up the ghost when one of the long side struts broke. Thankfully, Argos came up trumps with a suitable replacement at a reasonable price. The new bed came with all the features we needed (including the option of fitting the headboard at either end...so that you can choose which side the side-slide opening goes). The 'Natural' colour is pleasing to the eye, the chromed plastic feet (not castors) were relatively easy to insert, and the wood quality and internal construction seems to be sound. Hopefully it will last 25 years like the very similar one it replaced. My only slight niggle is that you have to buy the bed complete with a spring mattress. The mattress itself is satisfactory at this price point, but we already have a rather expensive foam mattress that we will be using on this bed. So the price would have been even more appealing if you could buy the bed base separately.

Cheap feet
I bought around a month ago happy with beds worth the money but the feet are plastic and one broke putting it on . Runners on the draws were not fitted correct and one was hanging off
