Bought this 3 weeks ago and the order came on the stated delivery day and in excellent condition. The bed is just what I wanted and I have slept really well since setting it up. I could not be happier with the Argos team.

missing parts
When the bed arrived we noticed that 4 casters, a clip to join the bed and a head board bolt was missing. We contacted customer services and their answer was to send another bed, we take out the missing parts then return the bed. We phoned again and the operator said they would cancel the bed and just send the parts. When they arrived the headboard bolt was still missing. Phoned again and was told that the headboard bolt wasnt on their list of parts so they couldnt send one and suggested phoning the bed supplier. We gave up and went out and bought one.

Bought this bed for my son, lovely big bed and comfy and solid. Only problem was when it arrived I only received half of the wheeles and one clip the secure the big. The lady when I rang up Argos was lovely and they sent the rest out straight away,
