The glass size is 11 x 13 inches (27.9x33cm), so it’s larger than the inner edges of the mounts, which are 8 x10 inches (20x25cm). This makes them the same size as the photos they're designed to take.

The inner dimensions of the frame are, 27.9x33cm/11x13inch.
A4 paper measures 21cm x 29.7cm/8.3in x 11.7in.
With those measurements, the certificate should fit the frame.
