10” x 8” picture frame, or is it?
I ordered a set of three as advertised 10 x 8 picture frames. The frames that arrived also had a white mount with a 10 x 8 gap plus 2” ie an extra 1”” all around making the frame size 12”” x 10” not ideal but by using the mount from the original frame it works. Buyer be advised

They were just what we wanted, however we’ve found that the catches to hold the photos and backing are not very strong or effective.

The glass size is 11 x 13 inches (27.9x33cm), so it’s larger than the inner edges of the mounts, which are 8 x10 inches (20x25cm). This makes them the same size as the photos they're designed to take.

The inner dimensions of the frame are, 27.9x33cm/11x13inch.
A4 paper measures 21cm x 29.7cm/8.3in x 11.7in.
With those measurements, the certificate should fit the frame.
