I bought this a few weeks ago, it’s beautiful quality, light too push. It came with rain covers and the muff, it’s got a small material basket underneath, but it doesn’t hold much. I’m really impressed with the overall quality and design for the price 🥰🥰

Not very good at all wheels don’t turn very well which makes harder to push and the reins are are not very big either

I have taken a look at the instruction manual for the Cuggl Rowan Complete Stroller. Please see page 8 (note 9) from the below link
https://documents.4rgos.it/v1/static/2255279_... It states: The backrest has 3 positions, upright, semi-reclined and full reclined. Full reclined is equivalent to flat.
