Great buggy and attachments.
Chose this item due to colour, price and reviews. I was not disappointed. The buggy arrived on its due date. It was relatively easy to put together. The height of the handles were perfect for me and baby seemed comfortable and relaxed. My only concerns were the wheels which seemed a bit questionable, appeared flimsy, but I managed to get from A-B without any problems. I would recommend this buggy.

Worth it
Got this pushchair for my granddaughter, for the amount of time she'll spend in it, i didn't want to spend a small fortune. I'm pleasantly impressed so far Its seems decent for the price, comes with rain cover, foot muff. Very easy to collapse and put up. Nice pink colour. So yes, id recommend, definitely worth the money payed.

I have taken a look at the instruction manual for the Cuggl Rowan Complete Stroller. Please see page 8 (note 9) from the below link
https://documents.4rgos.it/v1/static/2255279_... It states: The backrest has 3 positions, upright, semi-reclined and full reclined. Full reclined is equivalent to flat.
