Easy to use
Bought this about 6 months ago it is so easy maneuvere and is really comfortable to push and fo baby to sleep in. It folds away really easy so doesnt take up loads of room in the car etc.

I bought this a few weeks ago, it’s beautiful quality, light too push. It came with rain covers and the muff, it’s got a small material basket underneath, but it doesn’t hold much. I’m really impressed with the overall quality and design for the price 🥰🥰

I have taken a look at the instruction manual for the Cuggl Rowan Complete Stroller. Please see page 8 (note 9) from the below link
https://documents.4rgos.it/v1/static/2255279_... It states: The backrest has 3 positions, upright, semi-reclined and full reclined. Full reclined is equivalent to flat.
