Barely noticed while wearing
Great battery life, very light weight watch. Only thing I noticed I get sensitive to the either green light or the charging nodes on my top wrist.

Great question, Bits. The Inspire 3 tracks steps and activity independently using its own built-in motion sensors. While it does sync with your iPhone to display data in the app, it does not pull step count information from the phone itself. 1. Tap the Today tab and tap Devices.
2. Tap your device image.
3. Tap Watch Preferences > Wrist Preference > Dominant or Non-Dominant.
