Beware the strap..
Nice little watch as I previously had an Inspire HR which worked well , however the charging contacts on the Inspire HR became unreliable and it would not always charge.....and the strap would come undone, usually in bed during the night.......The new Inspire 3 worked well and was in use for a short while until I lost it ......the buckle always gave me a bit of trouble and I can only think that the strap or buckle failed and it dropped off my wrist....I had a busy day gardening and then walking the dog and looked everywhere , but it has never turned up ......

Improvement on previous model
I was bought this as an upgrade to my old Fitbit inspire. Really easy to set up and comfortable to wear. Enjoying the new features on the device. The only thing that is a slight niggle is the colour of the strap as it looks more pink than lilac.

The sensor cannot be switched off, but you can turn off the notifications in settings: High & Low Heart Rate or AZM Notifications and switch them off.
