This Fitbit offers everything I wanted - workout time, calories burnt, steps taken quality of sleep etc. Only negative comment would be that the strap is quite narrow and a bit fiddly to take on and off, but otherwise very pleased.

Hi there, Sharon. The Inspire 3 should work perfectly fine. If you need to change which wrist your device is on you can do so — here’s how:
1. Tap the Today tab and tap Devices.
2. Tap your device image.
3. Tap Watch Preferences > Wrist Preference > Dominant or Non-Dominant.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 does not have a clip specifically designed for the Fitbit Inspire 2. While the Inspire 3 comes with a clip that can be used to attach the tracker to clothing, it is not compatible with the Inspire 2's clip. Therefore, if you have the Inspire 2, you will need to use the clip that came with the Inspire 3 for attaching it to clothing.

The sensor cannot be switched off, but you can turn off the notifications in settings: High & Low Heart Rate or AZM Notifications and switch them off.
