Oval shape is perfect
Really happy with my purchase. Great capacity and size for the space, the oval shape ensures it doesn’t extend into the room too much. Well made so hopefully durable. Nice natural coloured liner so stops any delicates snagging on the basket. A little wobbly so sorted it with felt pads but on the whole very pleased.

This laundry basket is lovely and looks good. My only complaint is that on the underside of the lid where the handle is, there is a long piece of willow that will undoubtedly pluck something if i dont do something about it, I'll have to try to cut it down or put some insulation tape or similar over the piece to prevent this from happening

Warped lid lets it down
The lid is completely warped and doesn't sit flat which is quite an annoyance. I like the look of the willow and it's handy that it has an inner liner but it has a tendency to fall down inside the basket. It's on the small side but fine for 1-2 people who keep on top of their laundry. I don't think I would buy it again.

Great but mismatching lid
In general a really lovely washing basket. However the lid is a slightly different shape than the basket, so doesn't fit, and the inner linen lining always slips inside when the basket is about half full, and it cannot be tightened.
