Bought this as a present for my wife.was very dissapointed as it clearly shows it comoin with a gift box which it did not.item itself was lovely.but came in a very small plastic bag.i had to sourve a gift box myself.didn't return it as too close to christmas.

Disappointing for the price
Got this for my daughter's birthday November and wish I hadn't.It wasn't in a box just a little plastic pouch and although it looked pretty it felt like cheap tar.It states it's 925 silver but was very lightweight and sounded more like plastic than metal.My daughter can't wear it now because it's turned black

Disappointed
Bought item for m9thers day waited 4-5 days for delivery. Says comes beautifully boxed but just came stuffed in a tiny plastic packet. Multiple calls later to customer service I had to travel 25minutes to the nearest argos to collect the box!! I was fuming. For the price I'd definitely expect it to be "beautifully giftboxed"

Very disappointed to find a couple of weeks after purchase the item I paid £85 for was reduced to £18 and then Argos send me an email "you'll love this, item reduced" for this reason I will never shop at Argos again
