Well thought out machine
Did a lot research and found this to be the best all round combination microwave. Absolutely perfect, definitely made the right choice, everything has been catered for and is very good quality.

A fantastic microwave, and easy to use

Disappointed
Very disappointed I used the food menu to cook a chicken, followed all the instructions and it cooks using the different methods but the chicken was overcooked. I tried a small ham joint and again used the food menu following the instructions and it said it would be cooked in 19 minutes, I thought that seemed too short so checked the meat when it had a minute to go and it was only 23 c put on for another 10 minutes but it still only read at 40 c so I put it in my air fryer to finish. The microwave is good hence 2 stars but it is a very expensive item if you can only trust the microwave. I am waiting for support to contact me but it is a slow process.

Very poor performance and reliability
The oven does not get hot enough to cook food. The air cooks slowly in comparison to any other air fryer. It seems to overheat and cuts out. Now the microwave function has stopped working just outside of the very short 1 year warranty. For the price, it's expensive and the build quality is very poor. I won't be buying another sage product again.

The above product was returned . When used on the oven function the turntable made grating noise when it was revolving. I informed Argos customer services and explained the problem and was given a refund when I returned the product. This is maybe a one off problem but sorry I cannot recommend this product.

All good so far
Only had it a few weeks, so I have still not got used to some of the more complex programmes and options, but works fine for simple microwave and oven functions. The air fryer option only allows cooking from 200C to 230C, so only really suitable for things like chips or nuggets; not as versatile as my stand alone air fryer, and won't replace the latter, but useful to have this option.
