Bad Advice
Bought two bedside lamps from Argos and they recommended the light bulbs to add to my order. The bedside lamps are fine but the bulbs are totally the wrong size and connection! Can't therefore use the bulbs so no idea how good/bad they are, hence one star.

Dimmable bulbs
I bought these as they were recommended to fit the Abas floor lamps I purchased, not sure about the dimmable bulbs as in my floor lamps they look exactly the same as the ordinary bulbs I have in my Abas table lamps.

Having checked the requirements for the Habitat Pebble Mango Wood Table Lamp, catalogue number 197/9271 these bulbs would be compatible. The lamp does not have a dimmer function and has an inline on/off switch.

The Argos Home 5.9W LED ES Light Bulb - 2 Pack, would not be suitable for the Argos Home Desk Lamp - Flint Grey. The lamp requires the smaller screw part at the end the E14 ones. 5.9 Led watt is equivelent to 60 watts so this woud depend on how bright you like to have the light when you are working. I have looked on the web site and we do not stock the 6 watt bulb other retailers will do.

The diameter of the screw is 27 mm, and the height of the screw is also 27 mm. (This fitting is often referred to as an E27 because of this).
