I bought this for my granddaughter, used for approx 30 minutes and the pen scratched the screen leaving a permanent mark. Waste of money

Bought this for my 2year plus grandson. The drawing board works fine but the lighting mechanism is very poorly designed and 9 times out of 10, doesn’t light up. Which rather defeats the purpose of the tablet.

Not great, weak stand and difficult to clean
This was a disappointment, the stand lasted less than 5 minutes and screen was difficult to clean with the scrappy little bits of cloth provided.

My Granddaughter was really excited to get this but it was more than disappointing. 1 of the pens stopped working a month in and then the 'ink' has started coming off when she leans on it. Would never recommend it to anyone.

The pens supplied are dried out!
I have made three attempts to purchase this item and each time I did, one or two of the three pens were completely dried out. Customer services are unable to say where replacement pens can be bought. The battery/light connection is also loose so sometimes cuts out when it is switched on. I have therefore had to return all of them. They are also out of stock most of the time.

Having looked into this. The pens wipe straight off the drawing board tablet. They will show if the child draws on themselves or clothes.

I have tried other markers but they dont glow like the pens supplied do when they light up. I wish customer services knew where we can get replacement ones from

The black paper is the tracing sheets with different images for the child to trace around, the markers will wipe off so it can be used again.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
The Chad Valley Light Up Drawing Board Tablet requires 3 x AA batteries for the light, batteries are not included.
