Rio Ella Aroma diffuser& night light.
I bought this just before Christmas but have only started using it for less than 2 weeks & it has stopped working. I was really pleased with it loved the way the globe changed colours until it stopped working. I will be returning it.

Excellent product although slightly expensive

I purchased this magnificent looking Aroma Diffuser less than 3 weeks ago. Today I turned it on and it has stopped working. It switches on and nothing is working. The timer or the light. I am going back to complain. It is an expensive ornament. I do not recommend it to anyone, I have been so careful, and it switches on, it must be faulty. I no longer have the box or receipt. I will go in to return to Uttoxeter Argus tomorrow.

Just recently purchased this diffuser and in all honesty, it is absolutely beautiful. I purchased some lovely lavender oils to use with it for the bedroom, and with the gentle light & scent sends me of to a lovely nights sleep. The bonus is that it can be set to diffuse the aroma , between 1-3 hrs. If you are looking for that calming experience at home, I highly recommend this diffuser. Did I mention, the colour changing is a great feature too. This diffuser is so lovely, I will be purchasing another for my living room and also for gifts to other people.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rio ELLA Aroma Diffuser, Humidifier and Night Light: No diffuser that uses water is completely silent as there will always be a small amount of noise from the diffusing process.
However this is minimal and should not affect sleep for example.
