Many Switch games support voice chat such as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2 and Stardew Valley. The full games list is available on the Nintendo website. A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to use the voice chat feature to speak to other players who join the game, and users must be 13 or over.

I can advise the following for the STEALTH Headset, Case & Charging Cable For Switch/ Lite:
Apologies, no, this is inline with the cable and removing it will also void the warranty as well as break the cable connections. You do have the ability to mute the mic with a simple press of a button.

I can confirm the following of the Stealth Premium Travel Kit for Nintendo Switch/Switch Lite:
Official you can store 5 in the pouch system and one in the console itself. If you aren't taking any accessories you could utilise the pocket on the inside of the top of the case. You would only be limited by the size of the game cards. We would however only advise that 5 in the storage section and one in the console.
