Pretty good quality
Certainly waterproof, puddles form on top, no water seeping through. No idea how long it will last but after 3 or 4 weeks of bad weather im happy with it.

Yes, there is a pull cord packed with the cover. If you wish to use it, you'd insert the cord into the bottom eyelets then tighten and fasten the the cord.
These are the dimensions of this: (height) 90cm x (width) 80cm x (length) 180cm.
