Watch good but no strap adjustment service
No problem with watch but no strap adjustment service. This is very poor and I had to pay £20 to have my strap adjusted. If Argos cannot do this they need to offer a £20 discount so that customers can get their watches adjusted.

Citizen Ladies watch
I brought this watch for my wife unfortunately on inspection the strap was going to be way too big for my wife's wrist and adjusting it was going to be time consuming and more outlay so I returned it for a full refund.

Citizen ladies gold watch

Easy read watch
Bought for my auntie who wanted a watch that was easy to read. Fills the bill perfectly. Expandable strap a bonus however unable to take links out as very intricate and as Argos no longer have 'in house' jeweler, had to find and pay for a jeweler to adjust. Had Citizen Eco drive before - great as no need for batteries, however only lasted a few years hence buying another.

New Watch
It’s nice looking, It’s easy to read the time, It’s accurate. It’s got a date window(not easy to read, but it works). The bracelet is not adjustable (doesn’t matter because it fits). So all in all it was a good buy. I’ve only given it 4 stars because I’m not given to issuing superlatives.

No Batteries Necessary
Beautiful, keeps great time ,and operates on light. You never need a battery. The last Citizen watch I had lasted over 20 years.

Hi Marty,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Citizen Ladies Gold Coloured Stainless Steel Expander Watch: This watch does have an expandable bracelet and it should be possible to put the watch on your wrist using only one hand.
Hope this helps.

Hi Steve
Thanks for your question about the Citizen Ladies' Eco-Drive Gold Tone Expander Bracelet Watch.
Having spoken to the supplier unfortunately there is no leather strap listed to fit this model, it is an expander bracelet only.
Hope this is helpful.
Hi, thank you for your question.
I have looked into your query and I can confirm that the diameter of the face of the watch is 2.5cm.
Thank you for using Argos Q&A.
Hi Annie,
The expander clasp is what fixes the size of the bracelet once at the required permission.
Hope this helps!
