Really good lighting
The hue lightstrip are really good. Nice light levels, decent colour reproduction. Direct light from them is not so good as they are too intense along with all led lighting, so you need some way to shade them. They work well in an alcove or on top of wardrobes for this reason. I imagine good for under kitchen cupboards, too.

Excellent light strip - but not cheap
My only real criticism comes in two issues - the overall price of the product and the lack of accessories which allow the use of cut ends with extensions. This particular product is actually a little better priced due to the inclusion of an extension, but overall the Philips Hue line are a little overpriced. Despite this, the product itself is excellent, responsive, reliable and features a wonderful set of colours. In this instance we used them for under cabinet kitchen lighting. With this in mind though, I wish Philips also included or offered adapters which allowed you to connect a cut end to the pins on the extension - something we had to source from another company. But overall, and excellent light strip which makes you reluctant to look elsewhere. Best enjoyed with a Hue Hub - unfortunately another purchase if you don’t have one already.

Works great
This actually works really well it’s very easy to set up. I absolutely love it, the only problem is the adhesive tape on the back isn’t very good stick for very long. Other than that is absolutely excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Expensive. But worth it
Added this to the many other Hue products we've collected over the last few years. I like the way it's simple to add to the app. No faffin' about. The Hue app also works with Google Assistant, meaning you can just ask for the living room to be red, or ask it to turn off the lights etc.

Love hue stuff just seem to find a lot of Argos provided stock from our local store seems to be old and and have a musty damp smell, even these lights, the sticky tape on the back really did not stick well to clean smooth surface, wonder if stored for a long time in a damp warehouse,
