Good First Epilator
I have used this for a good few months now. Have never epilated before so at first was quite painful but eventually got used to it. For the price I think it's a good first epilator for people new to it. I do find my legs have become quite dry + prone to ingrowns a lot more since so I've had to moisturise and pluck them regularly. However, hair growth is barely noticeable and doing it weekly I've found has been a good routine to keep it as pain-free as possible. Still works as well as it did when I first bought it and use it often so has been made good quality.

I think its just because Philips can charge more for one that is specific for face. I use this one on my face, and whilst not perfect, its quite effective and only mildly uncomfortable, but not painful. For very thin-fuzzy hairs it might miss some, or break off instead of fully pull out, but I find the overall effect is decent.
