I'm extremely pleased with this lamp. Touch it once to turn on and touch again to turn off, it's that simple. I wanted a one-touch lamp, not one of these lamps that you have to touch two or three times to turn it off by dimming it each time, and this lamp fits the bill perfectly. I have mine in my bedroom as a bedside light. After reading some of the negative reviews about this lamp, I was worried that the glass lamp is just supposed to balance on top of the base, but this is not the case. You have to secure the glass top to the base with the lamp holder; no sticky tape is necessary to get a perfectly fitting glass shade.

The lamp is nice but the shade doesn’t fit securely I had to put celotape on it to hold it in place as it was so easy to know it off at night time in the dark. It does look nice and easy with the touch

We bought this brilliant lamp for our bedroom. It is easy to use as you just touch the base to switch the lamp on & off. It has a soft light that is perfect for our bedroom. Definitely worth 5 stars
