Lightweight Cordless cleaner
This is the second cordless vacuum I have had from Vax. Same model as last time , this one seems lighter and slightly less sturdy , however same great suction. There is a red warning light on this model when the extra carpet suction is not working which is handy. Love the fact batteries are interchangeable so I am able to use the batteries from my old model on this new one. Great service with next day delivery.

This is my second blade 4. Used the car fitting yesterday and it worked a treat. Not sure its as powerful as my other one, time will tell. Nice vacuum.

I bought this because of the claims that it was lightweight and good for pet hair. The reality is that it is too heavy for me to use and the pet hair doesn't even make it to the dirt canister, it collects in, and therefore blocks the pipe

The Vax ONEPWR Blade 4 Dual Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner does not fold down but can be disassembled (the handheld section and floor head can be detached) in order to store away.

The filter is washable, dry it over a radiator & make sure that it is completely dry before using it the Vax.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier they have advised: The dirt container can be wiped with a damp cloth to keep it clean. We would not recommend washing it though as it would take a while to dry and may cause damage to it.

I would not fully immerse it in water. You can of course clean the inside with a damp cloth, sanitised if you want, but I use a small brush to get to get the dirt out around the centre column.

The manufacturer only directly lists indoor usage options but it does have a number of tools such as a crevice tool and others and does not have a cable to act as a hindrance. However, we'd advise against it's use outside or in damp conditions. Subject to being able to access the interior of the car with it, it would technically be possible to use it to clean the upholstery and carpets in a car (often carpets are removable and can be cleaned separately anyway).
