Works well to pick up but battery only lasts about 5 mins on full power. With full charge. Ok for quick pickup but not for whole carpet

It's good and easy to use but in a house with 3 kids and one sausage dog I hoover for about 5 minutes amd it needs emptying, especially if using carpet freshener

Great vacuum on hard floors. Runs long enough and is easy to recharge. We got a spare battery but haven't needed to use it. Tools are excellent

Not lying up to expectations.
It's powerful, good battery and emptying the cylinder is easier. However, I find it heavy, the different heads are hard to remove and its annoying when the head locks at at 90 degrees angle or via's off making cleaning in a straight line a bit more difficult. I also think it doesn't get as close into the edges as my previous cleaner, even on the the same head type. It also jams with hair easily, I did not expect this to happen with a dog specific vacuum.

Fantastic vacuum cleaner
This isn't my first VAX BLADE and I absolutely love them. My old hardworking Blade 3 is still going strong, but I broke the long attachment and so decided to turn it into a permanent hand held and treat myself to a new Blade 4 for pets. It is a wonderful machine and doing sterling work picking up all those pesky crumbs and cat hair.

Love it, so much easier to use . I wasn't sure how powerful it would be with being so light, but it's very powerful and copes with dog hair no problem. Wish I'd got this year's ago .

The Vax ONEPWR Blade 4 Dual Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner does not fold down but can be disassembled (the handheld section and floor head can be detached) in order to store away.

The filter is washable, dry it over a radiator & make sure that it is completely dry before using it the Vax.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier they have advised: The dirt container can be wiped with a damp cloth to keep it clean. We would not recommend washing it though as it would take a while to dry and may cause damage to it.

I would not fully immerse it in water. You can of course clean the inside with a damp cloth, sanitised if you want, but I use a small brush to get to get the dirt out around the centre column.

The manufacturer only directly lists indoor usage options but it does have a number of tools such as a crevice tool and others and does not have a cable to act as a hindrance. However, we'd advise against it's use outside or in damp conditions. Subject to being able to access the interior of the car with it, it would technically be possible to use it to clean the upholstery and carpets in a car (often carpets are removable and can be cleaned separately anyway).
