The De'Longhi ECP35.31 brings barista-quality espresso drinks to your worktop, letting you enjoy rich cappuccinos and smooth flat whites without leaving home. This manual machine puts you in control, using ground coffee or ESE pods, then steaming and frothing milk perfectly with the adjustable cappuccino system. With 15bar pump pressure, it extracts full-bodied espresso with signature crema, while the 360-degree swivel nozzle makes frothing easy for delicate lattes or extra-creamy cappuccinos.
You'll find practical features that make everyday use genuinely easy. A generous water tank with a level gauge so you always know when to refill, an adjustable cup stand that fits tall mugs, and a removable drip tray for quick clean-up. Happy with my first espresso machine.
The Delonghi coffee extraction is very good for the price. It doesn't take too long to get the hang of using it. It is a good size so it doesn't take up too much space. Easy enough to clean and makes a good flat white. The mik frother takes a little while but is OK.

No, This does not take Nespresso pods. The only pods it takes are ESE pods which look like a large tea bag and are not found in supermarkets.

No, you need ESE type pods - I use Illy brand purchased online. They’re not like nespresso capsules or pods which would require a different type of machine.
