Good machine for the money. Coffee scoop and tamper is a bit flimsy but does the job. Would be nice if it had an auto stop function, currently you have to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t overfill the cup

NOT BUYING A GREAT DEAL BUT A FAULTY PRODUCT
I bought a Delonghi Coffee machine ECP35.31 in November 2024 thinking I got a good deal. Not only I brought it back as measurer/pressurer could not twist properly at the right angle and replaced in store but same issue .Shortly frothy milk stoped working and the nozzle can't be fixed and comes off constantly. So overall DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL EVER BUYING A DISCOUNTED PRODUCT AS YOU ARE NOT GETTING A GOOD DEAL BUT BUYING A FAULTY PRODUCT.🤔😒

No, This does not take Nespresso pods. The only pods it takes are ESE pods which look like a large tea bag and are not found in supermarkets.

The manual advises that the De'Longhi ECP35.31 Espresso Coffee Machine uses ESE standard pods. If you search online, you can find these. These are not Nespresso pods.

No, you need ESE type pods - I use Illy brand purchased online. They’re not like nespresso capsules or pods which would require a different type of machine.
