About this product
The LP 708 open knee support includes a patella stabiliser which provides extra protection while preventing excessive movement on the knee cap. The stabiliser and neoprene design aids faster recovery from injury by relieving pressure on the joint while providing therapeutic warmth to the affected area.
- Made from 75% neoprene; 25% stretch nylon.
- Lined with stretch nylon to easily slip on and off for a comfortable fit.
- Helpful for post operative knee problems, strains, arthritis and protection against abrasions.
- Doubled stitched in it's construction with a 1/8" oval pad for extra protection of the knee cap.
- Improves blood circulation and provides therapeutic warmth for quicker recovery.

Way to small
How this is a large i don't know. It wouldn't even fit over my arm. I'm 6ft female and really struggled. Had to return it.

Comfortable, but not sure how effective it is
I bought this for use when road cycling because my previous elasticated knee support made the back of my knee go dry and be sore when cycling long distances (30+ miles). This knee support is comfortable, though it makes my knee sweat tons more than an elasticated knee support. But i'm not convinced that it's any more effective than an elasticated knee support because I still get a pain at the top of my knee cap when cycling up hills. I notice that the options for the review of this product don't ask whether it's actually effective as a knee support - if it did I'd have to say "not convinced yet", which is why I can't recommend it.

Not perfect but did help
Damaged my knee and required a bit of support, this worked reasonably well not really tailored so hurt at the back when bending the knee, still it did help with support.

“ The LP Neoprene Open Knee Support is not completely waterproof and would be only be suitable for shorter swimming sessions as it will slowly start to get heavier the longer it is in water. ”

Hello there, I use it for football & the gym. It has a tendency to make you sweat around the knee, and I've washed it a few times. I'm not certain but I think you could use it to swim - I have to dry it every time after use. I hope it works ok for you. Regards/George

The manufacturer advises to "Hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry."

I would advise that this is a "pull on" support - the stretch fabric ensures comfort during wear and is easy to slip on or off.

Large 15-17 Inches
X Large 17-20 Inches
How to measure:
• Measure around the centre of the knee cap with a flexible tape measure
• Use this measurement to choose your size from the table above
