Coffee made easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good for a few coffees a day, mixed optinion for many coffees as it will require lots of water re-fills and emptying the water tray. (which is fiddly, to balence it without spilling anything). Apart from this, it makes coffee very well with no faffing and like how you can adjust shots and strenghts.

Worth every penny!
After doing lots of research and trying to decide on a new espresso machine, my husband and I decided on this one! We bought this coffee machine last week and I set it all up on Saturday. The set up was nice and easy and very straight forward, when following the step by step instructions provided. The Grind IQ is such a cool piece of new technology within this machine to make sure each coffee is extracted perfectly and so far so good. It does use around 3 coffees worth of beans but I knew this beforehand, having read other reviews, so picked up a cheap bag of tasty coffee beans to allow the process to happen without wasting the good ones. It has 5 froth settings, which I didn't even know was an option, my favourite so far being the cold foam froth setting. I can have proper iced coffee at home, as and when I want which is fantastic in this weather. Every cup we have had has been so consistent in the way it is extracted and we have managed to start creating our own profiles so that our favourite drinks are set for when either turns on the machine in the morning. The machine cleans itself each time it is turned off via the screen and rinses each time it is turned on which is great as it will always be clean with additional daily and weekly emptying of the drip and puck tray and monthly brew unit cleansing. Every coffee myself and my husband have had, has been at the perfect drinkable temperature and the perfect strength, as if you have bought the coffee from a coffee shop, which was one of the reasons for purchasing this machine. Along with the fact that my husband roasts his own beans and we now have a way of having all versions of coffee using these beans, especially when we have visitors. We are so chuffed with this machine that I have been recommending it to anybody that asks. I am so excited about being able to have proper frothy coffee at home, and not having to spend silly amounts of money on them whilst out. We can now fill up our flasks when out for the day and have what tastes like shop bought coffee for no extra cost. It is the perfect addition to our kitchen and the options for colours are great for matching any colour scheme!

Great machine
Really pleased with our new coffee machine. Once it's all set up, which doesn't take too long, it's pretty straightforward to use and the touch screen is easy to use. Having bought it just as another heat wave hit we've saved a fortune on buying iced lattes.

Extraction is good, can set up the grind for different coffee drinks. Consistency is good and the froth is brilliant, the ergonomics make it look really good.

You can use hot milk with the AutoBarista, but for best froth quality, it's recommended to use cold milk straight from the fridge or at room temperature. The machine is designed to heat and froth the milk to your preferred temperature. Using pre-heated milk may affect froth results.
