About this product
The Panasonic NN-CT55JWBPQ is perfect for saving time cooking family meals and saving work surface space in your kitchen thanks to the Slim-Line design. The NN-CT55JWBPQ replaces the Panasonic NN-CT555WBPQ, now with Slim-Line design and New Junior menu auto programs.
The 'Add time' function allows you to add extra cooking time at the end of and during cooking without having to reselect the program. Normally you would wait for a program to finish and then have to reset the program to add extra time because the food needs more cooking.
It is available on all functions except the auto programs.

I am basically happy with this but it's not as good as the previous Panasonic one I had. It takes longer for the connection to heat up and you have to put everything on the turntable. The old one has slots on the side that would take an oblong tray. Also it does tend to burn on convection.

Very powerful microwave, this is my second 1000W microwave after my last Panasonic one died after lasting over 15 years. Similar features to the old one but a more compact design.

Such a great purchase! We replaced our old microwave with a convection version, but we got so much more. All sorts of cooking options governed by weight and type of foodstuff. Excellent full range of microwave functions and a grill. Clearly labelled buttons make operation a piece of cake...it bakes them well too!

Perfection - what more can i say !
This is the best microwave oven ive ever had, and ive had a few. Its all digital so the only thing you need to do is read the manual, which is very clear, and off you go & even then the fisplay tells you where youre up to. A jacket potato in 12 minutes is a bonus when youre in a hurry. It bakes to perfection, pastry as well as cakes. There are some delicious recipes in the manual, amother bonus when youre fed up making the same meals over and over. Buy one, its great, you wont regret it

The Panasonic 1000W Combination Microwave Oven 27L NN-CT56 Black does not require an extractor. For proper operation, the oven must have sufficient air flow, i.e. 5 cm at one side, the other being open; 15 cm clear over the top; 10 cm at the rear.
