The BT Premium Phone has a dedicated block button for one touch blocking and can block up to 1000 numbers. It stores up to 1000 contacts from synced mobiles and lets you auto copy between handsets. It has a 1.8" colour screen, easy guided set up and redial any of the last 30 calls made. Also with outgoing call control, hands free speaker, call transfer and internal calls. (You must subscribe to a Caller Display service from your network provider to block nuisance calls. Charges may apply).

Ok I suppose
Had it a few weeks and still trying to get to grips with it. Ringtones are limited considering how advanced it is supposed to be. Sound quality not as bad as some reviewers say. Haven’t tried Bluetooth link as I don’t want to mix up mobiles. Caller display and last calls not as good as Panasonic phone it replaces. Call waiting not working properly as it beeps but no number shows up. Has irritating blue light on base. Bought phone as new but batteries already installed and numbers had been saved so obviously not new! Tried returning to store but refused as not in resellable condition even though I was returning it as I had received it and there were faults with it. The previous purchaser must have had similar issues but they took it back as I did without any trouble.

Okay but colour screens not as expected.
Bought this recently, the set up was fairly straightforward though the many features took some getting to grips with. Also importing contacts from my iPhone presented some interesting problems.

Faulty
We bought this product but one of the wires on the main answer machine was faulty so the phones did not work. The Talktalk engineer replaced it so all good now but it really shouldn’t have been faulty as brand new!

Didn’t work
Bought as a replacement for old BT phones but nothing I tried could make them work. Line error…tried old cable, new cable, old phones work fine. Got BT to check line. All ok but these would not work in my home. No idea. Returned.

It can be used with fibre broadband when the main base unit is plugged into a Router or Digital Voice Adaptor. It can be plugged into a Virgin Router if the router has a standard BT Landline port. If your router has a RJ-11 port, you can use a RJ-11 to RJ-11 cable, or use a BT phone line to RJ-11 adaptor. Depending which Virgin set up you are referring to:
This is designed for connection to analogue public switched phone networks and private switchboards in the United Kingdom. They are not DECT phones, and can’t be used plugged into a Virgin Media Hub.
However, they should also work on the new Virgin Fibre System when plugged into a Virgin Hub
With a Virgin Super Hub 5 router. You will need to plug the main base unit of the phones into the router.
