Oh dear Hotpoint.

Oh dear, I mean, come on Hotpoint, who designs a dishwasher that you can't fit full sized plates into. 🤣 To clarify, you can fit the plates in but the jets that should rotate for the top tray hit any large plates not placed on the very edge. General feeling is the buttons, door hinges and exterior won't last long and the trays need to be better designed. It's not all doom and gloom though, simple to use programmes and clear lights indicating need for salt and pre wash refills. I can get a decent amount of different pots in with some carefully constructed loading and it does clean very well on eco setting. I'd say it's well worth the 2 stars overall rating for the price.

A great dishwasher!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Very quiet compared to our previous dishwasher. Like the 1/2 load programme. Does the job perfectly.

Think again!

I cannot recommend this dishwasher. It functions ok, but its’ design is poor. The buttons and icons on the control panel are too small to read easily. The buttons and icons on the control panel are too small to read and press without stooping.The layout of the trays doesn’t allow me to easily place mugs and glasses.If I want the dishes to be dry when I unload them I would need to set a cycle of 2.5 to 3.5 hours duration.

Great machine and delivery was top notch

Bought to replace a very old machine, the whole process was easy and smooth. We did receive a lot of emails from Hotpoint after purchase but I cannot say they weren't thorough. Delivery was super, very very polite chap. Dishwasher has some great features - rapid wash, done in half an hour which is just great. Display is clear and easy to read - all in all great product
