I purchased this bed a couple of weeks ago. Delivery was rapid and ontime great value for money. The bed itself was sturdy, and quite easy to construct. Only a slight criticism, could have been 2 inches higher, other than that perfect.

Reasonable but you get what you pay for
Generally good and low cost. Putting it together was a bit fiddly as some of the screw holes didn’t perfectly align and the main frame can easily go out of square. In use, the bed can be a bit squeaky owing to the metal construction. Overall, okay for the cost.

These are designed as a single frame so would not be suitable to do this with due to maximum user weights etc. There would also be no way of keeping them together so they done part in the middle.

Double mattress. But make sure it a think one because the metal slates can be felt through a thinner mattress. Other than that you can put a sheet of wood on top of slates
