About this product
Block out all external light with this blackout roller blind that gives you complete darkness whenever you need. It's perfect for lie-ins, naps or shift workers who sleep during the day, keeping light from streetlamps, cars and early sunrises outside. The blind comes with a P clip that keeps the chain secure and safe, meeting 2014 blind safety standards. It fits inside or outside your window recess or mounts directly to the wall, giving you options that suit your space. The fabric is wipe-clean, so maintenance is simple and practical. Any creases from packaging should drop out naturally after 48 hours. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

The Argos Home Blackout Black Roller Blind - 60cm (708/4971) can be significantly trimmed in width to fit smaller windows, often up to 10–14 cm or more in total, as long as the fabric does not catch on the mechanism. The aluminum roller tube and fabric can be cut using a hacksaw and sharp scissors.

The width measurement includes both the fabric width and the brackets.
The allowance for the brackets is 3cm in total and the blind requires 19mm fittings.
For the actual width of the blind, please subtract 3cm.
The item is supplied with 4 standard 30mm screws.
