The mechanism fits either side depending on your window setup, making installation straightforward and adaptable. It includes all fixtures, fittings and clear instructions to get it working quickly. The fabric is wipe-clean, keeping it fresh and practical for busy households. This blind is tested and certified safe to the 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120 and comes with a P clip to keep the chain secure and out of reach. To ensure child safety and comply with health requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

Bought this to replace my previous blind and to be honest I thought it was flimsy, the metal roller bar was very thin, the attachments kept falling every time I tried to fit it into the wall brackets. I wouldn’t buy one of these again.

I bought the 60cm blind to fit onto the back of a glass panel internal door to block light coming into a bedroom. It was easy to fit and just about covers the glass. I found this blind was a quick and economical solution. The blind itself works well, but feels quite thin and fragile. I would recommend it's good value for the low price paid.

The Argos Home Blackout Black Roller Blind - 60cm (708/4971) can be significantly trimmed in width to fit smaller windows, often up to 10–14 cm or more in total, as long as the fabric does not catch on the mechanism. The aluminum roller tube and fabric can be cut using a hacksaw and sharp scissors.

I can advise the following regarding the Argos Home Blackout Sage Green Roller Blind - 90cm.
The width measurement includes both the fabric width and the brackets.
The allowance for the brackets is 3cm in total and the blind requires 19mm fittings.
For the actual width of the blind, please subtract 3cm.
The item is supplied with 4 standard 30mm screws.
