Customers Say
Soft, comfortable mattress protector with good fit and quality. Some issues with sizing on deeper mattresses and thinness. Durable, washable, and good value overall.

Great value
Great value for money. Was concerned it may feel warm because of the fabric but it’s been fine Haven’t washed it yet so not able to comment on whether it will shrink. Currently fits king size mattress really well

Excellent topper, changed my and the wife’s life
Excellent king size mattress topper! It’s so comfy.. and my wife wishes we had got it sooner. Now when she’s on all fours with her head in the bed, her face is comforted by the softness and warmth of the topper whilst I get to work at the back of her! So it’s a win win!

Fab item with no issues. I love it
Bought this a few weeks ago. Very easy to fit on bed and doesn't move underneath your bottom sheet. Easy to wash and line dry. I turn mine every week also. Great product

Comfortable and Soft, but Fits Way Too Small (3/5)
looks very nice and is genuinely comfortable to sleep on. It adds a lovely layer of softness that feels great under the sheets. However, the sizing is a major issue. My mattress is a standard double, but this protector does not cover the full mattress. It is far too small and has to be stretched to its absolute limits just to get the straps on, leaving the edges uncovered. It is a shame because the quality is good, but the fit is just too tight.

Hi Mattress base protector,
Thanks for your query about the Supersoft Washable Mattress Protector - Double.
The images all show the same pattern. It's a diagonally set, square pattern. The angle of the second picture does create a foreshortening that makes it look rectangular.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello insomniac,
The supplier has advised the following for the Supersoft Washable Mattress Protector - Double:
No, it does not have a PU coated underside, this product isn’t a waterproof mattress protector. The supplier advises that, if you are looking for a waterproof protectors please check out this item on our wesbite, the Waterproof Mattress Protector – Single, cat no: 937/9433.
They also add this point with regards to using a protector on the underside. Because the waterproof protectors have an elasticated skirt, you would have to fit it to the mattress on the top like your normally would. Then, once fitted, please flip the mattress over so the protector is now laying on top of your wooden slats.
(So, you’d need to choose which side is to function as the top and put the protector on the other side. This is subject of course to the mattress being the sort that you can reverse).
Thank you for using Q&A.
