Very good Quality fabric and well made. Fits perfectly over the mattress without having to force it to fit the edges and corners.
Bought this item as a backup when the original protector I had failed to even fit the mattress. So far, so good - stays securely in place and sleep has remained uninterrupted!
Washes well, not sure just how well it does its job of protecting the mattress as it doesn’t seem waterproof to me. Also, this isn’t a fitted sheet like most others, so it doesn’t go on as easy, especially when you’re trying to put it on a bunkbed. But I should have looked more closely at the images
